Meet Our Team
Our board is composed of passionate local leaders committed to making a difference in our community. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and dedication to ensure the success of the Bridging the Divide Community Center.
Meet Our Founder: Camisha Norris
My name is Camisha Norris, and I am the founder of Elite Vibez. My career has been a testament to my commitment to the youth and families of Maine. With nearly a decade of experience in youth engagement, health education, and family support, I have been on the front lines, working to understand the needs of my community and advocating tirelessly for its members.
The idea for elite vibez didn't begin in a boardroom, but as a "wild idea" shared among friends—friends who saw the power in the vision and now serve as the organization's board members. This collaborative and heartfelt origin is the foundation of our mission: to create and sustain a safe and accessible community center that fosters health, wellness, and connection for all residents of our community and the surrounding areas.
My journey has given me a unique 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities our community faces. As a Youth Engagement Coordinator, I plan engaging activities to foster a sense of belonging. As a Health Navigator and Family Support Specialist, I work intimately with at-risk families, connecting them to resources, and coordinating everything from parenting classes to mental health support. As an educator and athletic director, I designed curricula focused on physical and personal development. My work is grounded in my education, which includes a Bachelor's in Applied Science with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Maine Augusta, extensive coursework in Kinesiology, Health, and Coaching from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, and an Associates in Medical Assisting from WCCC.
Through elite vibez, I am channeling all of this experience into a single, focused purpose. I am building a space where resiliency and leadership are not just taught, but lived. For me, this is more than a new organization; it is the culmination of a life's work and a promise to the next generation.

Lacey Arsenault: Board Member
My name is Lacey Arsenault. As a lifelong resident of Washington County, my work has always been a personal commitment to the community I call home. For two decades, I have been on the front lines of child development and special education, focused on ensuring children and families receive the support they need through close collaboration with local agencies and school departments. My professional background includes an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's in Inclusive Education, with specialized knowledge in Special Education Law and Child Development.
The vision for Elite Vibez wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was sparked the way the best ideas often are: over a conversation with my best friend. We saw a need and asked, "What if we could build something that truly lifts up our local youth?" That simple question, fueled by a shared passion and a bit of witty banter, grew into the mission we have today.
I’m thrilled to contribute my experience, my deep love for this community, and the passion born from that friendship to the Elite Vibez board. Together, we can build a future where every child right here has the resources they need to thrive.

Meet Devain Allen, Board Member

With a lifelong passion for serving others and a natural talent for organization, I bring creativity, leadership, and hands-on experience to every project.
I have a proven track record of planning and executing inclusive, engaging activities that strengthen community connections and enhance overall spirit. My background in coaching, mentoring, and team development has shaped my ability to communicate effectively and lead with both empathy and efficiency.
